Use the colors provided in reference picture.
If possible, the spikes half-transparent, but transparent with blue, not yellow.
No wings. No halo. Maybe a slight vertex hack if you can include the gem.
And for the aura, make it FIRE! (If possible.)

Well Since My Brawl Isn't Working, I'm Gonna Send you A Link For Mediafire (Titled Gaurdiavoire) Since i can't test it. However in brawl box it looks pretty Cool. And Sorry I Don't know how to vertex... If You Want Any changes, or something isn't right. Just Let Me Know.
